01Who is responsible

02What personal data I collect

Contact form: name, email address, subject and message.

Project request form: name, company or organisation, email address, phone number, website, the services you select, your project description, and budget and timeline ranges.

Technical data: IP address and basic request information, processed by my hosting provider and used briefly for security, spam prevention and rate limiting.

Analytics and advertising data: only if you give consent in the cookie settings. [Remove if not used.]

03Why I process it and on what basis

To respond to your message or project request and to prepare a quotation — necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To keep the website secure and prevent abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To measure website use and advertising results — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

04How long I keep it

Messages and project requests: [e.g. 12 months] after our last contact, unless they lead to an agreement. Records related to an agreement are kept as long as Dutch law requires (for example, 7 years for administrative records).

05Who receives your data

I do not sell your personal data. I use the following processors: hosting — [provider]; email delivery — [provider, e.g. Resend]; analytics and advertising — Google, only after consent [remove if not used]. [Confirm that data processing agreements are in place.]

06Transfers outside the EEA

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this happens under appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. [Confirm per provider.]

10Security

The site uses HTTPS, server-side validation, spam protection, rate limiting and restricted access to submitted data. Secrets such as API keys are kept on the server only.

I may update this policy when the website or my services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
